Introduction

Rollout, operated by Semenov Dmytro Volodymyrovych, individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine ("we", "us"), provides the rollout.dev website and cloud service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the marketing site and the hosted product.

Information We Collect

  • Account information — name, email address, and authentication data
  • Workspace content — tasks, projects, documents, workflows, workflow run logs, attachments, and other content you or your team create in the Service
  • Usage and metering data — how you interact with the Service, and metered consumption (compute runtime, AI model token counts, storage) used for billing and abuse prevention
  • Payment information — payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record; we receive transaction metadata (such as plan, amount, and status) but never your full card details
  • Analytics — we use self-hosted, cookieless Plausible analytics on our public pages; it collects aggregate statistics and does not track you across sites
  • Cookies — we use essential cookies for authentication and session management only

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Meter usage and process billing through Paddle
  • Send important service and account updates
  • Respond to your requests and support needs
  • Protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and security threats

We do not sell personal data and we do not use third-party advertising.

Service Providers and Subprocessors

We share data only with providers needed to run the Service:

  • Paddle.com — payments, subscription billing, and tax handling (Merchant of Record)
  • Google Cloud Platform — hosting and infrastructure
  • Amazon Web Services — transactional email delivery
  • AI model providers (such as Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI) — receive only the content your workflows and AI features send for processing. If you bring your own API key, those requests are made to your provider under your own agreement

AI and Your Content

Workspace content is sent to AI model providers only when a workflow or feature you use requests it, and only the content needed for that request. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Data Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Workspace content is retained until you delete it or close your account; after account closure it is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days. Billing and usage records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Workspace data is isolated per customer, and connected credentials and secrets are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry practices to protect your data.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

International Data Transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
