Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-07-04
1. Agreement to Terms
The Rollout service at rollout.dev ("the Service") is operated by Semenov Dmytro Volodymyrovych, individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine ("Rollout", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Rollout is a workflow-automation platform for software teams. Customers build and run automated workflows — AI agents, scheduled jobs, and integrations — together with tasks, projects, and documents, in hosted workspaces delivered as a web application.
3. Accounts
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account
- Workspace administrators control member access within their workspace
4. Plans, Billing, and Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled
- You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Subscriptions include a monthly usage allowance denominated in US dollars. Additional prepaid usage credit can be purchased at any time. Credit is consumed by metered usage of the Service — AI model usage, compute runtime, and storage — at the rates shown on our pricing page
- The included monthly allowance resets each billing period and does not roll over; purchased credit remains available until consumed. Credit is non-transferable and has no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy
- When your usage credit is exhausted, new workflow runs may be paused until you top up or your allowance resets
- We may change subscription fees or usage rates with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period
- Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Trials and Beta Features
Features marked as alpha, beta, preview, or experimental are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may be subject to additional limits.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others
- Transmit malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
- Abuse compute resources — including cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service attacks, sending unsolicited bulk messages, or any workload unrelated to legitimate use of the Service
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, metering, or billing
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties without a written agreement
We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service or other customers, and will notify you when we do.
8. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload — workflows, tasks, documents, records, attachments, and data ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and provide the Service.
You are responsible for the legality of your Customer Content and for any third-party credentials, API keys, or accounts you connect to the Service.
9. AI Features and Third-Party Models
- Managed AI features send the content your workflows provide to third-party model providers (such as Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI) to generate results
- AI output is machine-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use AI output
- If you bring your own provider API key, your use of that provider is governed by your own agreement with the provider
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, its software, and branding remain our exclusive property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Termination
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- After termination you have 30 days to export your Customer Content, after which it is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
