Refund Policy
Effective date: 2026-07-04
1. Overview
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
2. Subscriptions
- First purchase: if Rollout is not working out for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
- Renewals: you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge — we will refund the renewal provided the service has not been materially used in the new period.
3. Usage credit
- Prepaid usage-credit top-ups are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the credit has not been consumed.
- Credit that has already been consumed by usage is non-refundable.
- The usage allowance included with a subscription has no cash value and is not refundable separately from the subscription.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@rollout.dev from your account email and include your Paddle order number (found on your receipt). You can also contact Paddle directly using the details on your receipt. Approved refunds are typically returned to your payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. EU and UK consumers
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that apply to you, including the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK. By starting to use the service during the withdrawal period you consent to immediate delivery of the digital service.
6. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback does.
