Objectives let you track high-level goals and measure progress through key results.
Status: Alpha (features may change).

- Click New Objective
- Fill in the title and description, then use the pills to set status, start and target dates, access (private, workspace, or a team), and an optional parent objective

Key results
Key results are the measurable outcomes tied to an objective.
Adding key results
- Open the objective and click the + button in the Key Results section
- Enter a title, pick a measurement type, fill in the values, and click Add
Each key result carries a status you set manually: Not Started, On Track, At Risk, Behind, or Completed.
Measurement types
- Number - Plain numeric values with start, current, and target
- Percent - Numeric values shown with a % unit
- Currency - Numeric values with a currency code (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, AUD, CHF)
- Custom unit - Numeric values with your own unit label, such as “deals” or “points”
- Date - Complete when the actual date lands on or before the target date
- Boolean - A toggle that marks the outcome achieved
Removing a key result excludes it from objective progress.
Progress and health
- Key result progress is calculated from its values: numeric types move from start toward target, clamped between 0% and 100%
- Objective progress updates automatically whenever key results change
- Health is set manually to reflect how the objective is tracking
Views, filters, and grouping
- The list shows active objectives by default; adjust filters to see drafts or completed objectives
- Table view with inline editing for status, health, start date, and due date
- Switch between flat and hierarchy layouts from the Display menu to see parent/child objectives
- Group by status, health, team, or owner
- Filter by status, health, team, owner, parent, archived, and search; save filter and display setups as views
- Click a row to preview the objective and its key results in the sidebar
Objectives on dashboards and pages
- On a dashboard, add a Table widget and set its record type to Objectives for a filterable objectives table
- Objective pages support extra widgets — including Key Results, Hierarchy, and Relationships panels — added while customizing the page layout
